1- Where is my treatment will take place ?
We will offer you two offers for treatment one in UK ( Gensiscare UK for cancer treatment ) or another well established prestigious hospital in Turkey.

2- What about if I can’t have VISA to UK?
You will have the choice of going to Turkey, so there is plan B all the time.

3- Do I need to pay money before I travel ?
We are not expecting you to pay any money until you arrive to UK. Upon arrival, you are expected to pay all the package care cost to our company (Global Healthcare Experts ), once you had your free consultation with the consultant and treatment agreed and you signed the consent. If you are going to Turkey, the standard agreement is that you pay the hospital directly for their fees and you pay the company for your accommodation, travel arrangements, other expenses you require.

4- How my treatment package is decided?
We will pass your clinical information for a consultant who will review and
recommend treatment plan according to your case. This is why it is very important that you provide us with as much as you can from your clinical details.

5- Is my clinical informations needed to be presented in a special format / structure ?
Ideally your local doctor should provide us with referral letter highlighting the following:
Step 01 – History of Presenting Complaint
Tell us as much information you can about your specific complaint.
Step 02 – Past Medical History
Give information about your other medical problems (if any) for example high blood pressure, Diabetes, stroke, heart problems, kidney problems, any
surgery in the past.
Step 03 – Drug History
What medications are you taking, including dosage and how often they are
taking them, for example: once-a-day, twice-a-day, etc.
Step 04 – Allergy
Do you have any allergies.
Step 05 – Family History
Give some information about your family history, e.g diabetes or cardiac
history cancer history.
Step 06 – Social History
This about your smoking and alcohol habits. Your height and weight. Are you
married ? do you have children ? do you work ?
Please avoid sending loads of images and unnecessary blood tests as it is
unlikely that our consultant will be able to make a full review and assessment.
Also all documents has to be supplied in English.

6- What about if my clinical condition changed between submitting my case and start treatment or if the consultant has changed my treatment plan following my free consultation in UK?
We will only charge you for the treatment plan that you agree. We can offer
you also second opinion to be reviewed by another consultant but you need to pay to this second consultation .

7- What if need to do any further investigations before, during or after treatment?
We can facilitate this to you but you will be provided with price quotation and
you are expected to pay it in full before performing the test.

8- What happen if I need emergency treatment or admitted to hospital ?
If your treatment plan does not include any inpatient admission ( Most of UK
cancer treatments ) you need to pay for any inpatient admission and any
investigations/ treatments that takes place during your admission. Accident
and Emergency treatment without admission to the hospital is free in UK.
You pay for any extra treatment in Turkey even at accident and emergency.

9- What if a patient decided to stop treatment?
If at any point, patient decided to stop treatment, or treatment stopped due to
medical reasons, patient will be refunded only after treating hospital and
company deduct reasonable fees. Global Healthcare experts do not have any
responsibility or authority about the how much will be refunded.

10- How can I ensure that I will not end paying more than I could afford/expected to pay?
If you have a limited budget and worried about unexpected costs, you can have special travel insurance that is designed for patients travelling abroad for medical treatment. There are many companies that offer this service, unfortunately, we cannot recommend any specific company.

11- Do I get report with my treatment?
Yes, once you finished your treatment, we will provide you with copy of your
scans, investigations and within 10 working days, you will have a written
report with summary of the care received.

12- How Second Opinion works?
You send your details as per transfer format mentioned in question number 5.
We will refer your case for an eminent consultant in UK, you are expected to
pay the consultation upfront. We will come back to you with a written
report within 5 working days. If you wish that your treating doctor contact the UK consultant on the phone to discuss your case, this will be arranged within
10 working days, separate fees is paid for that depending the consultation
time requested and the consultant fees.
